As food insecurity continues to rise across Canada, Scarborough Mitsubishi is honored to participate in the Driving to End Hunger campaign, in collaboration with Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada (MMSCAN) and Food Banks Canada. Together, we are committed to making a meaningful impact in our communities.

From September 1 to 30, we warmly invite our community to join us in collecting food donations, funds, and non-perishable items to support local food banks. This vital initiative seeks to alleviate food insecurity, a pressing issue that affects 18% of Canadians and has seen a staggering 35% increase in food bank traffic since 2019. With your support, we can help provide nourishment and hope to those in need.

MMSCAN is dedicated to this cause, generously donating $100,000 directly to Food Banks Canada this year. In addition to this national effort, we at Scarborough Mitsubishi are actively gathering donations to support local food banks in our area. Every contribution, no matter how small, plays a crucial role in helping families and individuals facing challenging circumstances.
